Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Maybe the Greatest of All Time

Floyd Mayweather Jr. is becoming an ultimate boxing great and he has proven this by shutting down Sugar Shane Mosley at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, Nevada. It was a complete lopsided 12 rounds bout which showcased a tremendous exhibit of technical boxing of a shinning boxer at his peak. The only amusement in that fight was in Round 1, and especially  in Round 2 where Mosley’s right hand hits Mayweather’s side of head that buckled Floyd’s knees and almost went down. Mosley landed another right punch later in that round, but in Round 3 to Round 12  it belongs only to Money - Mayweather.

We’ve seen it before of how he dealt with great fighters, just like what he did to Juan Manuel Marquez, once the No. 2 P4P Fighter last September 2009, and now on Sugar Shane Mosley, this time’s No. 3 P4P Fighter, schooled Mosley the ugliest beating he ever got in a fight. Floyd made Mosley look like an amateur. He is just out of the league from him. And by proving all the things he said, no matter how loud-mouthed he is, he's done it in the ring brilliantly and by that has silenced his critics and gained respect from them. He remained undefeated in 41 victorious fights and it is still uncertain who will be the fighter who can blemish his perfect record. He has proven his belief and was vindicated for his whole claim.

Who will be the next opponent is clueless. But let’s not take time thinking who will be his next opponent. Let us cherish the fight, and most of all the fighters in the fight, from Mosley and especially to Floyd Mayweather, Jr. who has proven it over and over again, and in some ways convinced  fans and critics, that perhaps he is boxing’s greatest of all time.
